Badgers excercise no 2

Badger is no mean #gymrat #gymfreak #fitnessnut #fitpro but he believe in keeping his body in the best shape possible. here is his other self developed exercise regime

  1. Listen to a lekker music soundtack
  2. do 700 pulls ups with a lighter weight with your strongest arm
  3. 300 with the heavier weigh with your weaker arm
  4. it kinds of balance things out
  5. don’t do it everyday
  6. Later on you’ll see the results
