BADGER WORKOUT

As you all know, Badger has a disability. It doesn’t matter with it is. Since he has been young he believed to do anything you set your mind to. Like some of his mates he started excercising his muscles. He bought himself a 2kg and a 3kg dumbbell at MAKRO. While listening on music from ONE DIRECTION and Billy Joel and The Beatles and he practices at home. You might think he is crazy And you be wondering why. Here are the reasons

  • To face a challenge
  • To face adversity
  • He can get bigger
  • To get bigger arms
  • To get everyone talking
  • To get stronger
  • To try something new
  • Have a positive experience

How does he do it?

  • Get lekker music to listen to while working out
  • Excercising your arms
  • Picks up his dumbells and pulls it up and down for about 200-300 times per arm
  • Don’t do it every DAY, your arms needs rest, your routine should be spur-of the-moment
  • DOESN’T FOLLOW A DIET
  • HE DOES IT FOR HIMSELF
  • He doesn’t work out for abs and pecs

RESULTS AFTER FOUR MONTHS

  • Bigger arms
  • Bigger shoulders
  • Stronger hands and arms
